I’ve visited Aaraamam Restaurant a few times, and while the food is decent and reasonably priced, the attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. On my last visit, the employees seemed disinterested and borderline rude. There was no greeting, no smile, and when I asked a simple question about the menu, I was met with an irritated response.
Customer service plays a big role in the dining experience, and unfortunately, that’s where Aaramam falls short. It feels like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains the staff to be more welcoming and professional.

Yesterday with much cravings to have Aramam food and because didn’t had the mood nor the energy to get stuck in the traffic, we decided to visit the near by Aramam and obviously ended up in their Hor Al Anz branch from Qusais. We ordered a porotta chicken fry combo which was good. Along with that ordered porotta, chilly chicken gravy and the days speciality duck roast.
Duck roast was average but then the porotta was just below the normal standard. Was very crispy and not tasty.
The chilli chicken was the disastrous dish among all. It just had few uncooked chicken pieces with few capsicums n onions floating in a can of oil! When we asked them why like this they said sorry and replaced with kappa puzhuku n meen curry again which was just below average!!
Places like Aramam which has a brand name has to be more mindful not to disappoint people since in UAE we have millions of other options easily available.

Iwas regular visitor of all their branches last few years,also I reviewed last year as good, butFood quality not same as other branches, I ordered chilly cauliflower and porotta they serve cauliflower without even cleaning, I got my stomach upset, please take care the cleanliness. Also porotta is different then other branches

Decent food... Fairly quick and good service... Price is just okay... Not too expensive, not cheap as well... Quite a lot of Kerala dishes on offer... Ambience is pleasant with some Malayalam music ..
