Gold quality is good. Some antique collections are ok. Main point is some of the staff are careless and do not have customer obsession, they are not ready to give water itself. The guy don't want to entertain our request to give us a bottle of water, as we were assisted by another sales agent, despite the fact that we bought few thousand Dirhams worth gold, there was a lady who fainted and the staff did not even bother to come and assist her, not even enquired about it. I think money and business only matters to them. Management should teach their staff about how to care for customers. We have had some good experiences with other gold shops, this shop is insane, the packing of gold seems like they are giving grocery. LOL

I had a terrible experience with Bheema Jewellers at their Dubai Karama branch. I purchased a gold anklet weighing 20.10 grams after the salesperson, Mr. Selvin Abraham assured me it was strong and durable—perfect for daily wear. Trusting their word, I went ahead with the purchase.
First, the anklet broke within just a month. When I brought it back to the store, they admitted that their goldsmith had made a mistake by not connecting the chain properly. They "fixed" it in 15 minutes and returned it to me. I even asked them to check the anklet thoroughly to make sure it wouldn’t happen again.
Then, just 15 days later, it broke again! To make matters worse, I noticed that its weight had dropped from 20.10g to 19.94g. I was shocked and frustrated—not only was the product defective, but their handling of it was also questionable.
When I returned to the store, expecting a proper solution, I was given a very limited selection of replacement designs—nothing like my first visit, when they showed me multiple models and assured me of their quality. On top of that, they demanded I pay full VAT and making charges again for a replacement, even though the defect was clearly their fault! They also offered to repair it again, but after two breakages, I no longer trust their craftsmanship.
This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. If I had lost the anklet outside, I would have suffered a huge financial loss because of their poor-quality product. The lack of responsibility and proper customer service is shocking.
