I’m writing this review from the bottom of my heart. These people are truly professional. I brought my clothes to them on very short notice—it was urgent—and even though they were on their lunch break, they helped me right away.
Initially, they told me it would take 30 hours to get my clothes back. I agreed, even though I was in a hurry and had no other choice. But to my surprise, just a few hours later, the owner himself called me and told me I could pick up my clothes at 10:30 PM. I showed up an hour earlier—and guess what? My clothes were already ready, well before the promised time.
What I’m trying to say is that this 4.9-star rating is 100% well-deserved. It’s not fake or exaggerated. I’m the kind of person who does deep research before choosing a service—I check every option, speak to nearby shops, compare prices, read reviews. Most other places had higher prices, longer delivery times, and worse customer service.
You can truly trust these people with all your heart. They are absolute professionals at what they do. A big thank you to Mr. Cris, the owner—you’re running an outstanding business.

These guys are reasonably priced, willing to pick up and deliver for a very reasonable fee, and did a superb job on the cleaning of my clothes. When on business in Dubai, I will always go through them. Very kind and the owner speaks excellent English.

Incredible experience! Pick-up and delivery within 24hours. Clothes came back clean, smelling nice and well pressed. I’ll be using their services whenever I’m back in Dubai ☺️

Unbelievably poor quality of service! Stains there and they messed it up even worse when they “ironed” it! Check the video!
MOREOVER; the owner called and apologized and said I’ll immediately issue full refund! Then in the middle of conversation, he changed the attitude and said we have a policy for refund and I need to investigate all the items first! HERE IS THE VIDEO! What other investigation!? And if you can’t keep your word like a man, why would you promise for a full refund at the first place??? At the end I refuse to get refund as I don’t need cheap people’s money! Ridiculously poor service, poor quality, poor attitude!
