We four friends went to the cafe and only two of us needed coffee. They refused to serve us until all of us ordered. While we saw many were sitting for a long time and working with just one coffee order. No wonder they are losing business to Starbucks, Third wave cafe.. etc, where service is excellent and one can have a good time with friends.

We had cold coffee here with family it was decent and good hangout place with families or friends. Price is bit expensive but you will get a time to spend time over there. At coffe day coffe is not important but the moments you spend with family is important

I had been to other outlets like Starbucks and all. But the coffee they serve is actually good. After having coffee at this place I kind of hated the coffee. I had a coffee latte there and it tasted the worst. I'll never visit this place again. The interior is good and aesthetic.

Mobile network is a big challenge in this Cafe, This Location will have poor Internet in your mobile, Office Meetings or video calls cannot make.

Poor service and a lack of the product you specifically went there: I recently visited Cafe Coffee Day, hoping to enjoy their filter coffee, which used to be one of the main reasons I chose to hang out there. However, when I tried to order it, the cashier informed me that it was unavailable. Disappointed, I decided not to order anything else. A few minutes later, a waiter approached us, and I mentioned my attempt to order filter coffee and my decision not to opt for other drinks. To my surprise, in the middle of an important discussion with a client, the waiter interrupted and informed me in an unkind manner that customers are not allowed to stay without placing an order. The inconsistent information about the availability of items, combined with the unfriendly attitude, left a bad impression. It was disappointing to experience such service.
