Rude Behavior & Disappointing Service
As a loyal customer who ordered from Chai Pani every Sunday, I’m extremely disappointed. My friend went to buy fresh motichoor laddu, but the staff tried to give him old ones. When he requested fresh ones, they responded rudely, with one even saying, "Take it or leave it."
Good food means nothing without good service. This behavior broke our trust—we will never return or recommend this place. Chai Pani just lost a genuine customer.

I have had multiple times food here. their mini idli, mini pizza is very nice. Kids love the food packs during birthday parties as well. Also the cost is also very economical.

Dosa, pani puri, pav bhaji in the tastiest possible form. The kitchen staff is quick, attentive and the atmosphere is all about a hot tasty treat served blazing fast. Shout out to the lady owning the place - great future in front of you and the team ! 👏

We ordered Ladu, and it was delicious. We went there and saw several individuals arguing over it, which is what I hear. I bring this up because I've observed that this man has nasty reviews about the restaurant, which is quite unjust. He needs ladu, thus he needs to put his orders ahead of time.

We've been a regular patron of this lovely joint run by Ms.Trupti. Yesterday had ordered catering for 35 people pure #satvikfood #noonionnogarlic menu was POORI BHAJI SAMOSAS PULAO & BOONDI RAITA. They sent a complete buffet setup on time.The quantity was good enough for 40 people but the food was super tasty & had to ask the joint for refills & they delivered at 2300 hrs too!!!!! This is customer service😘
Prices are very reasonable #pocketfreindly. Keep up the taste & quality.
