Terrible real estate! I don't recommend anyone dealing with them! I've been living in their building for 3 years. They charged me for Ejari contract, but didn't provide one! I had to beg them, call them many times, so after 7 months they finally made it for me. Don't expect any maintenance also. They are always busy. I had to wait for few weeks to have any repairs done. Some has never been done, so we had to fix it by ourselves. And they are so greedy! I've been with them for 3 years and during Corona outbreak we had a financial struggles. I was begging them to give me at least a little discount, so we can make it through the next month, at least so we can buy some food. They never gave me even 1 dirham discount. After 3 years of renting! This agency is only good at asking for money, nothing else. Do not rent from them if you don't want to struggle as we did.
