It’s a newly opened branch in Sharjah. Inside safari mall.. it was crowded when we went due to holiday.. food is good.. lot of Puttu varieties ..ask for gravy if you order normal Puttu.. service is good and staffs are attentive.. but waiting is there for food to arrive.

The worst meal and service I’ve ever experienced.
Veg meals menu: pickle, raita, onion chutney, aviyal, sambar (which was terrible), rasam, and moru. There was no thoran or any other proper side dish; they just added something random to fill the leaf.
😡 The worst part was that they didn’t serve my wife until I had already finished my lunch. We couldn’t enjoy the meal together, and it completely ruined the experience. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
To the owners: It’s better to close the shop if you cannot serve customers properly. I was one of your regular customers at the Karama branch. It’s not about the money we lost—it’s about the time we lost and the disappointment of wasting our only day off to have a meal out with family.

Worst Experience Ever
Visited on 3rd May 2025 at 11 PM. We had to wait for 1 full hour to be seated.
The staff were completely inexperienced, didn’t know the menu, and were unable to explain the items properly. We initially ordered five different dishes, only to be told 15 minutes later that none of them were available.
Eventually, we had to settle for what was available: porotta, dosa, erachi puttu, and biriyani puttu. Why weren’t we informed earlier about the unavailable items?
Hygiene was terrible—we even found hair in the puttu. When we tried to find supervisor, but only a person in a green dress and another in a rose-colored dress can be found. They came across as unprofessional, so we chose not to escalate the issue further.
We’ve had great experiences at the Kochi branch, and naturally, we expected the same here. Unfortunately, this branch was a huge disappointment.
Please don’t visit the Safari branch with any expectations.

Disappointing Eid Breakfast – Not What We Expected
We were a group of 10 who visited Dhe Puttu Sharjah for the Eid breakfast buffet, expecting the same great experience I had in Cochin. Sadly, the food was well below expectations.
But what really let us down was the attitude of the cashier when we politely gave our feedback. He was dismissive and unbothered, as if customer feedback didn’t matter because the brand is already "well established." That’s not the kind of attitude customers deserve.
We truly hope the management reconsiders how they handle genuine feedback. Quality and courtesy should never be compromised — especially for a brand with such a reputation.

We’ve been regulars at Dhe Puttu’s Karama branch, and we’re so excited that they’ve now opened in Sharjah Muweilah in safari mall! The food was as fantastic as ever, but what made our visit truly special was the warm and thoughtful service from Sumi, Fazela, and Gokul. They surprised us with a beautiful signature birthday cake, and it honestly made our day so memorable. Their hospitality and attention to detail are unmatched. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—we’ll definitely keep coming back.
