Great Food & Excellent Service!
Had a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious, especially the special dinner dishes. A big shoutout to Mr. Sibi, who took our order — he explained everything clearly, knew the entire menu well, and gave helpful suggestions about portions. Really friendly and professional!
Also, the complimentary tea was a nice touch — the tea guy was super quick, polite, and had great behavior.
The food was amazing — just be sure to check the prices before ordering. Highly recommended!

We recently hosted our engagement function at Dhe Putt’s party hall, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The ambiance was lovely, the staff was super helpful and accommodating, and everything was arranged perfectly. All our guests complimented the food—it was absolutely delicious and served fresh. The entire team made sure the event went smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Dhe Putt for any special occasion or celebration. Walked into DHE PUTTU with decent expectations, mostly because the ambiance looked promising—but that’s about where the experience peaked. We ordered biryani and veg rice, and both dishes were terrible. The flavors were completely off—almost bitter—and definitely not what you'd expect from a place claiming to serve South Indian food.
No desserts were available either, which just added to the disappointment. It feels like they’ve invested heavily in decor and space for dining, but when it comes to actual customer experience, it’s seriously lacking. The hand wash area is tiny and barely usable more than one,
Overall, a big letdown. Style over substance, and definitely not worth a revisit

If you enjoy watching your waiter pick food out of his teeth with his finger while taking your order, this is your spot.
Hygiene? Nonexistent.
Professionalism? Never heard of it.
Out of three dishes we ordered – Two Countries, Beef Puttu, and Chemmen Puttu – Only the Chemmen Puttu was remotely decent. The rest of the dishes we had ordered were as disappointing as the service.
Thankfully, the coffee and tea were drinkable. Small victories, I guess.
The waiting time felt like a test of our patience and our sanity.
As for the staff’s attitude, well what can I say, just that it was a superb blend of disinterest and confusion. Clearly, customer service is not their forte.
Save yourself the time (and appetite). Definitely not going back.
All in all, a memorable experience, for all the wrong reasons.

I recently visited your Sharjah branch with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The service provided was below expectations, and many of the items listed on the menu were not available at the time of our visit.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps improve the overall experience for future customers. I truly admire your brand and hope to have a better experience next time
